  • bacon rashers

  • cheese

  • onions, chopped

Method



  • Place bacon rashers on an enamel or an over-proof plate, cover with fairly thick slices of cheese and top with a thick layer of chopped onion.

  • Cover with another plate and bake in a slow oven.
