Cheese and Beer
Description
Ingredients
- cheese
- milk
- beer
- salt and pepper
- a slice of bread (toasted)
Method
- Put a large piece of cheese in a saucepan, add a little milk and beer.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Slowly mix the melting cheese with the milk and beer, and bring to the boil.
- Pour over the toast and serve while warm.
