Cheese and Beer

Ingredients

  • cheese
  • milk
  • beer
  • salt and pepper
  • a slice of bread (toasted)

Method

  • Put a large piece of cheese in a saucepan, add a little milk and beer.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Slowly mix the melting cheese with the milk and beer, and bring to the boil.
  • Pour over the toast and serve while warm.
