Bread in Water
Description
Ingredients
bread
salt and pepper
boiling water
Method
Break a slice of bread into a bowl, pour boiling water over it and add salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve immediately.

Substitute a knob of butter and a little sugar for the salt and pepper and prepare the dish as above.
