Salmon and Onions

Description

Ingredients

  • salmon steak (medium-sized)
  • one onion, sliced
  • bacon fat

Method

  • Boil the salmon steak in salt water for about two minutes only.
  • Drain well and remove all bone and skin.
  • Flake the salmon and fry in bacon fat with the sliced onion.
