Anchovy Sauce (Fish)

Description

Ingredients

  • half a pint cold milk
  • pepper and salt
  • one tablespoonful plain flour
  • one teaspoonful anchovy essence

Method

  • Follow the same method as given for saws persli but adding anchovy essence instead of parsley.
  • Serve with hot salmon.
