Anchovy Sauce (Fish)
Description
Ingredients
- half a pint cold milk
- pepper and salt
- one tablespoonful plain flour
- one teaspoonful anchovy essence
Method
- Follow the same method as given for saws persli but adding anchovy essence instead of parsley.
- Serve with hot salmon.
