Ingredients
- half a pint cold milk
- a pinch of salt
- one dessertspoonful cornflour or plain flour
- chives or parsley (finely chopped)
Method
Follow the same method as given for Saws Persli.
This sauce was included in the aforementioned Pastai Gocos (Cockle Pie).
