Ingredients

  • half a pint cold milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • one dessertspoonful cornflour or plain flour
  • chives or parsley (finely chopped)

Method

Follow the same method as given for Saws Persli.

This sauce was included in the aforementioned Pastai Gocos (Cockle Pie).
