Description
Lord Tonypandy (left), Revd.Cyril Summers (centre) at the Newport Association Club for the Blind which was run by Yvonne Williams at Community House during the late 80s. Yvonne simply called it the 'Blind Club' and ran it for 15 years. Visiting the club, Lord Tonypandy with Cyril Summers who was the Minister at Community House.
