An updated version of the constitution of Friend South Wales. Like the previous version, it includes the organisation's objects and powers, detailed description of structure, explanation of Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings, and touches upon the subject of dissolution of the group.

Cardiff Friend (later Friend South Wales) was formed to give support to people who are homosexual, bisexual or in doubt of their sexual identity. The aim of the organisation was to assist and counsel people (mainly through the telephone helpline) and to advance the education of the general public, public agencies and the professions.
