Letter from Riverside Play Centre to the Riverside Festival Planning Committee congratulating it on the success of the 2010 festival; afterwards addressing issues that the play centre had noticed, such as non-democratic election of the Chair of committee, better timed alternative venue plans and not enough steward training.
