Description

In this letter, Lady Llanover informs Elizabeth James that she has decided to provide a harp scholarship for Elizabeth's son, Pedr ab Ioan. He will be taught by Mrs S. B. Richards, Church House, Llanover, for a trial period of three months. If he shows that he is making progress and is keen to learn, this trial period will be extended for an additional term.
