A letter from the Secretary of the Welsh National Council to the members of the Welsh National Council of the United Nations Association, informing them of a meeting to be held in the Temple of Peace and Health, Cardiff, on 9 October 1965, to discuss questions relating to the impending dedication of the Second Welsh Book of Remembrance, or to the First Book of Remembrance, at present resting in the crypt.
