Award certificate for the service during the World War I from the City of Cardiff to William E. Rees, Cardiff, 1914-1919
Description
The certificate was awarded by City of Cardiff to William Edward Rees as a result of honourable and efficient Service as a Volunteer Special Constable during The Great War 1914 - 1919. It was printed on paper and signed by Lord Mayor, Chief Constable, and William Edward Rees himself. The certificate is 26.7 cm long and 20.4 cm high.
