Son of Hugh and Ann Hughes, of Ynysgain, Criccieth, Carnarvonshire. A clerk at Midland Bank, Bangor.
This plaque was originally on the wall at Capel Salem (Weslayan) Criccieth. When the chapel closed for worship the plaques were moved to the Memorial Hall.
