Letter from William S. Jones to the Rev. Michael D. Jones, 3 November 1871 [image 1 of 2]

Description

William S. Jones, editor of 'Baner America' in Scranton, informs Michael D. Jones that his account with the newspaper has been settled. He is glad to hear that the Welsh Settlement is prospering. The movement has enjoyed considerable success in America, and he believes that this is largely because of the support it has received in 'Baner America'. However, he ends his letter by noting that the days of the newspaper are numbered.
