Description

Hospital Redirection Card for William John Edwards of Criccieth, addressed to his father William Edwards, Sefton House Criccieth.
William was serving as a seaman on S.S.Roath running from New York to Le Havre, France with supplies for the American troops. He was hospitalised at Le Havre with, from the card appears to be, Enteric disease.
