Description

An oral history interview with Maggie Kingston talking about her first experiences of visiting Wales following her family moving from Birmingham as a result of the bombing during World War II. She also talks about the contrasts of living in rural Wales compared to living in a city.

In 2018, the People's Collection Wales were thrilled to be collaborating with Europeana and their focus on Migration heritage, encouraging people to share the story of their journey through stories, photographs and objects, painting an even richer picture of who we are, wherever we are!
