Description

Photographies of passengers and crew evacuating from the steamship FALABA. The ship was on her way from Liverpool to Sierra Leone when she was sunk by U 28 under the command of KapLt Georg-Günther von Forstner on 28 March 1915. Her wreck lies some 38 miles to the west of the Smalls, Pembrokeshire.
