Description

This is the next Chapter of our series of stories seeking to explain the circumstances and events of the Race Riots in Wales in June 1919. Chapters 15 & 16 relate to the events in Cardiff. This Chapter identifies the perpetrators, those white men identified by the police and the court as being ring leaders and agitators inciting the crowd during the days of the Cardiff Riots.
