TYLORSTOWN

Description

Tylorstown, Rhondda Fach, taken by Dylan Roberts in 1969.
Tylorstown is named after Alfred Tylor, the owner of the nearby Pendyrus Colliery. The town grew rapidly in the late nineteenth-century from an isolated hamlet to a thriving mining township.
