Information leaflet explaining what Friend South Wales does and the social group they work with. Explanations are provided about the LGB situation in South Wales, including Cardiff (other locations include Merthyr, Pontypridd, Rhondda and Bridgend).
Cardiff Friend (later Friend South Wales) was formed to give support to people who are homosexual, bisexual or in doubt of their sexual identity. The aim of the organisation was to assist and counsel people (mainly through the telephone helpline) and to advance the education of the general public, public agencies and the professions.
