John Louis Hyacinth Jacquet's Death Certificate
Description
John Louis Hyacinth Jacquet was born in Swansea in 1867. He served with the Royal Engineers and died in France aged 50 on 27 December 1917. The death certificate notes that he died of bronchitis and heart disease.
