Description
An extract from Morris, L., 1748. Plans of Harbours, Bars, Bays and Roads in St. George's Channel. The extract (page 43) describes local commodities of interest at Aberffraw, including Whiting.
The extract reads as follows: ”COASTING Sloops frequent this Place, to load Corn, Butter and Cheese; here are also Oysters, Whitings, and other Fish in Plenty.”
