Description

An extract from Morris, L., 1748. Plans of Harbours, Bars, Bays and Roads in St. George's Channel. The extract (page 44) describes fish species found at Caernarvon (Caernarfon).

The extract reads as follows: ”They have Fish here in great Plenty, such as Salmon, Cod, Whitings; all Kind of Flat-fish; Oysters, Muscles, Cockles.”
