Embroidered card 'Remembrance from France'
Description
Ivor Phillips of Treboeth, Swansea, served with the Royal Naval Division on the Western Front, in the Howe and Anson Battalions. This is an embroidered card 'Remembrance from France', which he sent home to his family. Note how it contains the flags of the Allies: Japan, Romania, USA, Italy, UK, France Belgium and Serbia.
